Our journey began in 2013 with a mission: to bridge the gaps between chronic homelessness, mental illness, and addiction by offering safe, structured, and heartfelt care. Our 9109 Helaine Hamlet Way program is more than a building—it's a home where lives are rebuilt.

- Require ASAM Level 3.1, 3.3, or 3.5 care
- Are transitioning from psychiatric hospitals, detox, or outpatient programs
